Pirate Party

I began a tradition of making my son a shirt to wear at his birthday party.

This year we are celebrating with a Pirate Party!

I used a store bought shirt and made the applique using skull and crossbones print fabric.

Keeping in pirate theme.

I also made a skirt/swimsuit coverup for myself to wear at the splash park where we are having it.

Nappy Bag 12

I had a custom order for a nappy bag with killer whales.

 I used vintage linens for the bag, polka dot fabric from my stash for the whale applique, a super soft terrycloth for the changing pad and for the closure I used a vintage ribbon and vintage button.

Green

An all purpose tote for a friend who loves green.

I repurposed a vintage pillow case, second hand trims and vintage buttons.

Cowgirl

A bag for a little friend's birthday.

I thought she could use a tote for carrying books back and forth to the library.

Bark

A purse for my momma.

I found this small piece of vintage barkcloth in a box of vintage fabric and linens that I picked up at an estate sale, it was just big enough to make this little purse. Vintage button and second hand trim.

Flower Power

A fun flower bag for my friend to tote her kids stuff around to playdates and such.
